Prior to his commitment to Spinelli's, Executive Chef Jon Haigh has been working in professional kitchens for over 10 years. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute in New York City in 2004, he has worked in some of the best restaurants from New York to Montana. Through these experiences, he has built a wealth of knowledge in the kitchen that now, as Executive Chef, is able to share his own passion for the freshest ingredients and perfect service.
At Spinelli's, Jon is able to fulfill his dream of giving diners a truly extraordinary experience. He and his crew continue to create dishes from scratch each and every order. "It is our goal to give food its intended flavors, by allowing few shortcuts in preparing our dishes. In our kitchen, we all share a commitment to great food."
What can Spinelli's customers expect from Jon in the future? As we embark in our second year of operation, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest of produce and natural herbs not served on any menus within this country, inlcuding but not limited to, lamb, duck, braised beef short ribs, etc.....
